Our clients invariably come to us by recommendation from someone they know. That could be from their Accountant, Solicitor, IFA etc. or even a friend who has come to us for help.
Getting out of debt is rarely a straightforward journey and situations often can play out in many different ways some which can come out of the blue. This is why all of our clients deal directly with their own dedicated Client Manager throughout the entire process and who will take ownership of all the problems and deal with both the expected and unexpected.
Being independent means that we are able to provide all options for the best possible outcome in an honest and open manner. Our advice process does not follow predefined paths or decision trees, it follows the individual’s circumstances. Independent does not mean impartial. Our sole interest is the successful outcome for our client. We rarely if ever have any conflicts of interest, which allow us the freedom of providing remedies from the whole of the market.
We firmly believe that such a personal problem requires a personal approach and we work hard to build a relationship with all clients so that we understand what is needed. We don’t operate through call centres and the person you meet initially is the person who will deliver your solution. We recognise the need for someone to stand shoulder to shoulder with you and walk you each step of the way through the process. Very often our services are confused with those of Debt Management, however, managing a situation is one thing and solving a predicament is something entirely different. We do not believe in quick fixes that have the potential to come undone but instead remain focused on providing a robust, deliverable and final solution. We don’t manage debt – we solve it!
